For years Maarten Spruyt worked as a stylist for the great photographers of the fashion industry: photographers like  Carli Hermès, Mario Testino and Erwin Olaf. In the nineties he found his new artistic challenge and became an exhibition curator.  Spruyt finds his inspiration in nature, art and typically him: junkshops.
